Our innovative solutions for precision plastic welding open up new
manufacturing methods in automobile production, medical and sensor
and electronic assembly and microsystems technology.
In combination with the various laser welding principles the laser
systems of the product lines NOVOLAS WS und NOVOLAS BASIC AT offer
a multitude of options, ready to take on every challenge. Leister
NOVOLAS laser systems are enhanced with comprehensive accessories
matched to the systems. The accessories have been developed for
varied applications, allowing the customer to assemble or retrofit
a laser welding system specifically geared to his needs, applications
and processes.
Beside the technically mature and well proven laser systems the
support spans the whole process chain. The customer will be supported
regarding materials selection and welding concepts as well as appropriate
weld zone design and process optimisation.
